This fryer filtrator holds up to 65lb. Capacity filter designed to be used with drain type fryers. The compact design allows for ease of operation and storage. All metal parts are either stainless or mickel plated steel which provides years of carefree use. The hose‚ motor and pump are specially construted to handle the high temperature edible oils. The two piece container cover provides protection to teh operator during operation. The front part lifts to form a splachguard and the rear portion prevents objects from falling into the container.
